Overview
Arioron Holdings holds the group's companies and its infrastructure assets. Its job is unfashionable: allocate capital carefully, keep the balance sheet boring, and give the operating companies a longer planning horizon than the market usually permits.
It does not run day-to-day operations. Each company keeps its own leadership, its own market and its own standards. Holdings exists so those companies can make decisions measured in years rather than quarters.
